Expand your knowledge and keep yourself safe!

Seafood Cornwall Training are now delivering our Enclosed space awareness course!

This is a non-mandatory short course designed to give attendees the knowledge and awareness that working in or around enclosed spaces presents.

Fishing vessels and commercial work boats pose a number of risks to those working aboard and enclosed spaces are one of those dangers that can easily be overlooked.

This isn’t just a course for those working onboard vessels though, those working further down the supply chain can also benefit from the same knowledge, in fact we have been asked by IFCA to put on a course for interested members.

We have also received positive feedback from Interfish whose staff recently attended the course :

Hi Sanchia,

We have had fantastic feedback from those who have attended the course in Newlyn.

Please let me know any proposed dates and I’m sure I may find some crews who will benefit from this.

Regards

Hallam
