Seafood Cornwall Training Ltd is based in Newlyn at the heart of Cornwall's Fishing Industry. The not for profit, fish industry training school opened its doors to fishermen and onshore workers from across the county and the Isles of Scilly in January 2009.

Established in 2001 by members of the fishing industry who were extremely concerned at the trade in fish quota and the impact this is having on the Cornish fishing industry.
THE CORNISH SARDINE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION
The Cornish Sardine Management Association is a group of Cornish fishermen and processors who came together in 2004 to agree common standards between themselves for catching, processing and marketing Cornish Sardines.
CORNISH FISH PRODUCERS ORGANISATION
The Cornish Fish Producers Organisation began in 1976 as a non-profit making co-operative, and today consists of 210 fishing vessel-owning members from all over Cornwall.
