Course Overview

This course is a requirement for professional roles or commercial work on a vessel such as a yacht or workboat. Commercial endorsement of powerboat (level2), Yachtmaster or Day Skipper will require PPR as well as basic safety courses.

Course Content

This course is delivered online and requires PC, Mac or tablet and covers the following topics:

  • The Professional Maritime world
  • Correct Manning
  • Keeping skills up to date
  • Safe management of commercial vessels
  • Compulsory carriage and maintenance of safety equipment

Examination Type

Online Learning, assessments and final exam are all online.

PC, Mac or Tablet with javascript and Adobe Flashplayer

Once you have passes the final assessment, you will be able to download and print your certificate.
