H.E.L.M (Operational) – 17-19 March – PILOT

The course covers the requirements for junior watchkeeping officers to work alongside their superiors and manage their teams.  Over the course of three days, students will use a mixture of practical exercises  group role play and discussion, to learn the skills needed to  effectively manage and lead crew on board.

Normal cost of the course is £740 but as this is a pilot course the cost will be £185 and you will also be able to claim mileage.
