Southern Shellfish Training Centre are hoping to run the next Bivalve Purification Operations training course in the New Year. The course will be run at the National Lobster Hatchery in Padstow which forms part of the SSTC. This Seafish training course is accredited by REHIS and upon successful completion leads to a nationally recognised qualification. This short-day course will be offered at a cost per participant of approximately £95 although this is subject to change depending on the number of participants. They are also currently investigating the availability of funding to subsidise the cost of the course. Date and time are yet to be confirmed and are flexible depending on the number of expressions of interest received.
